Honest about our role
We say clearly that we are a referral site and that providers do the work. You should never wonder who you are dealing with.
About
About Richmond Moss Removal and how referrals work
Richmond Moss Removal is a local guidance site. It is not a moss removal company. We explain moss problems in Richmond and pass enquiries to independent providers.
This site exists because moss is a common problem in Richmond's wet climate, and homeowners often struggle to know what a fair, safe job looks like. We publish plain guidance on roofs, driveways, patios and gutters, and the rules in BC that affect them.
When you send an enquiry, we pass it to an independent local provider. The provider deals with you directly, inspects the job and sets the price. We do not carry out the work, and we do not set or control prices.
We make no claim to a long history, a team of technicians or any licence of our own. If you want the details of how referrals are handled, read the referral disclosure.
What we stand for
The standards we hold.
Local and specific
Guidance covers Richmond's climate and rules. Where we lack local detail on a neighbourhood, we say so.
Careful with rules
We name the BC government and the City of Richmond, and say 'generally' where rules depend on the case.
You stay in control
You compare quotes and choose. Providers set their own prices and you have no obligation to book.
